Submit Order Form
Tell us the specs for your album, size, page count, design style, etc.

Step 2.

Send us Your Photos
Submit your high-resolution files via Dropsend.com online transfer system or US mail (for more then 150 images US mail is recommended). We will review your photos and make sure they are good for printing.

Step 3.

Pay Invoice via PayPal.com
Orders under $150.00 USD payment is required before design begins.If your order is over $150.00 USD will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit of the estimated project total before design begins. The remainder 75% of orders over $150.00 are due in full before the project is released to client or printer.

Step 4.

We Create
Design turnaround is normally between 7 to 14 business days. We also offer a priority 3 business day design turnaround for an extra fee. Busy season July - December design turnaround is between 15 to 20 business days.

Step 5.

You Review & Request Any Changes
We will send you a low-resolution review file or a link to view your album
or photo online.

* You will receive two (2) rounds of changes for albums and one (1) change for other design services at no extra charge.

However, in the case that you require more changes after the first round a charge of $3.50 per spread/change will be required before we begin and your product is released for printing.

Step 6.

Approval the Final Design and Make Final Payment
When you have approved the final layouts, we will invoice you via PayPal for the remainder 75% total price for orders over $150.00 USD.

Finally

A Happy You with Your Final Product in Hand
Once payment has been made, we send you your high-resolution files on DVD or CD, Or we will continue the process of sending the files to printing and binding. Printing turnaround is normally between 5 to 10 weeks.
